Cancellation, Return, And Replacement Policy

The following terms and conditions will guide the Cancellation, Return, and Replacement Policy of CetakShopSales : –

  1. Order-Cancellation Policy

    1. An order (or part of an order) cannot be cancelled once your credit card payment is verified and authorised.

    2. You cannot cancel your order after having read and accepted CetakShopSales online terms and conditions.

  2. Rules of Return and Replacement

    1. All sales are final, and CetakShopSales strictly does not offer any refund and/or money-back guarantees. You recognise and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase(s) based on a “change of mind” and/or under any circumstances.

    2. All items are non-returnable, once sold, unless the item(s) is/are defective. All item(s) returned  must be in their original shipping condition with their packaging and accessories.

    3. CetakShopSales will offer a replacement(s) for the defective item(s) with a new one(s) subject to a replacement request  from the purchaser which must be submitted via email at CetakShopSales.JCK@sabah.gov.my within three(3) business days upon receiving the order.

    4. Replacement request must include the item(s) Order number and proof showing the defective item (s).

    5. In the event that the item(s) is undelivered and/or unclaimed from our courier partners and the item(s) is returned to CetakShopSales, we will cancel the order and any re-delivery request will not be entertained.

  • We reserve the right to amend this Replacement Policy from time to time without prior notice. We advice that you check this  Replacement Policy on a regular basis.
